NeuroMuscular Massage of Dallas

What is a Neuromuscular massage?
Neuromuscular massage incorporates various techniques to release and
address myofascial trigger points in the body.

What are Myofascial Trigger Points?
Myofascial trigger points, also known as trigger points, are described as hyperirritable spots in the fascia surrounding skeletal muscle. They are associated with palpable nodules in taut bands of muscle fibers.
When pressure is applied, relief can be felt at the site &/or in the areas related to the pressure point, as mapped out by people who know more than you and me!

Just a Piece of the Puzzle that is Each of Us

Massage therapy can be a powerful ally in your healthcare regimen.

  • Enhanced sleep quality.
  • Greater energy.
  • Improved concentration.
